We are seeking a skilled and creative Graphic Designer to join our e-commerce team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging designs for clients, including their creative activations on e-commerce including descriptive images, banners and enhanced content. Your primary goal will be to enhance the user experience through captivating visuals that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Design and produce high-quality graphics for various e-commerce platforms, including Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, Bigbasket etc.
• Collaborate with the account management team to develop concepts and execute design solutions that effectively communicate our brand message and promotional campaigns.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual elements and ensure adherence to brand guidelines in all design projects.
• Stay updated on industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to continually improve the quality and effectiveness of our digital assets.
• Work closely with the content team to incorporate visual elements into written content, such as infographics, charts, and illustrations, to enhance understanding and engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content team and account management team, to brainstorm ideas and implement design solutions that meet business objectives.
• Utilize graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), to create and edit visual assets efficiently and effectively.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  Proven experience (1-2 years) working as a graphic designer, preferably in an e-commerce or digital marketing environment.
• Proficiency in graphic design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, including web design, social media graphics, and digital advertisements.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
