How LIS Achieved a 5X Increase in Sales for a Prominent Beauty/ Cosmeceutical Brand?

With this speed of growing competitors in the cosmeceutical brand category, staying valid and maintaining consistent customer growth can be overwhelming for the brand. Overview

As an acclaimed name in the beauty and skincare industry, it was looking to achieve organic visibility and brand awareness through advertising to keep the brand in the mind and eyes of the audience. Our tasks were to boost visibility and increase sales & order volume significantly. The brand was also seeking an increase in CTR and conversion rates. 

Challenges

Low Visibility- Low visibility means low business, and with so many new skincare brands coming online, it was getting difficult for the brand to maintain visibility.

Low Sale/ Order Volume- Due to inefficient advertising and usage of keywords, the sales were dropping and order volume was very low.

Poor Conversion Rate- Conversion rates were disturbingly low as there was no interaction with the customers on the product page. Customers were not convinced as to why they should be buying their product. The content and media were monotonous.

With the target to achieve high sales and boost awareness about the brand, we covered predominantly 33+ online platforms like Amazon, 1mg, Jio Mart, etc. Our focus was to understand the target audience and build their trust for the brand and its products through our content and campaign creation. 

  • Created a trust-worthy image of the brand with our content on online marketplaces. We chose the right tone, keywords, and media to enhance the interaction with the customers and increase the conversion rate.
  • Advertising experts at LIS took a 360' campaign approach and created result-oriented advertising campaigns. We would keep track of what is working the best and change bids based on the data for the maximum reach and sales.
  • Optimized bids on existing keywords and also added new keywords to amplify the brand’s reach to its customers and boost sales.
  • Revamp media and created A-plus banners to provide information about the product in the most creative manner. 
  • We understand the power of SEO and therefore created SEO-rich content to reach the maximum potential customers.
